Welcome to the new WAY website and a new WAY to engage in healthy, respectful, mutually rewarding cross-cultural relationships. While here you will find new ways to engage with people and groups from cultures and countries that differ from your own.

WAY is a small educational non-profit organization. Since 2004, WAY has sought to strengthen bridges of understanding between Americans and East Africans as well as between diverse groups of people in the USA.

In addition to educators and business professionals the list of WAY clients include Columbia Theological Seminary, Agnes Scott College and the Atlanta Ministry with International Students and others.

We welcome the opportunity to serve each and every one of you.

AVAILABLE SERVICES

-for individuals, businesses, churches, schools, universities and other organizations

  • Planning cross cultural activities and events
  • Conducting orientations for international students, visitors and guest, including tours to acquaint them with urban and suburban America
  • Consulting, Speaking, Teaching, Preaching
  • Assisting with preparation for overseas travel
  • Organizing and leading learning/study journeys to East Africa for Americans of all ages and abilities

PROGRAMS
  • Adventours – local and regional tours of urban areas and civil rights sights
  • Learning/Service Safari – small group excursions to Eastern Africa
  • Mentorships – support for African people, communities and projects needing $50 - $500
  • Collaboration - with organizations serving international students and visitors in metro Atlanta, including the Atlanta Ministry with International Students, Georgia Council for International Visitors and several colleges
